Wholesale orders ship within 7-10 business days.
Shipping is currently free with a $99 minimum order requirement.
We are currently only shipping to businesses located in the USA.
We are located in Silver Spring, MD. Local orders can be picked up (must be scheduled) please email QuartzandRainbowswholesale@gmail.com to schedule a pick up.
We are not responsible for UPS shipping delays or lost packages marked delivered but not received. In the event that this happens, please take your tracking number to your local UPS to file a claim.
Orders will be shipped to the shipping address that is entered during checkout, we are not responsible for any errors or typos. Orders with incorrect addresses will not be edited, they will be cancelled upon the customers request.
Some items may ship separately. An item that is out of stock due to an inventory error will be refunded, the remaining portion of the order will still be shipped. This does not happen often but it is possible. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause.
All items purchased are final sale, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds at this time. We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company only.
If the product you received is deemed defective or you receive the wrong product your order is eligible for a return. Please email QuartzandRainbowswholesale@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Orders that are flagged as fraud will be cancelled, no exceptions.
Packages that are returned to sender (Quartz & Rainbows LLC) will be refunded, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Quartz & Rainbows office hours are 9-5 Monday-Friday. We do not process orders or respond to emails on Weekends or National Holidays. Please allow 24 hours for an email response.
